Unit Reskrim Polsek Dawan dengan cepat mengungkap Kasus Pencurian yang terjadi di wilayahnya sesuai dengan adanya Laporan Polisi Nomor: LP\/B\/04\/VIIIl\/2024\/SPKT\/POLSEK DAWAN\/POLRES KLUNGKUNG\/POLDA BALI, tanggal (23\/08\/2024).<\/p>\n

Dengan dilakukannya serangkaian penyelidikan, Unit Polsek Dawan berhasil mengungkap kasus pencurian tersebut yang dipimpin langsung oleh Kanit Reskrim Ipda I Komang Sandiarsana bersama dengan Anggota Unit Reskrim sebagai Terlapor dengan inisial IPA<\/p>\n

Kapolsek Dawan Akp I Gede Budiarta, S.H., M.H. mengatakan pasca dilaporkan kejadian pencurian ini pihaknya membentuk tim guna melakukan pengungkapan kasus yang terjadi diwilayah nya.
\n\u201d Kami membentuk tim untuk pengungkapan kasus yang terjadi. Pemeriksaan saksi, mendatangi TKP, mengumpulkan Barang Bukti di lokasi, sehingga pelaku pun diketahui identitasnya, ucap Akp I Gede Budiarta<\/p>\n

Lalu, lanjut Kapolsek, Unit Reskrim pun melakukan koordinasi dengan pihkan korban, dengan hasilnya, korban memaafkan perbuatan pelaku dengan syarat tidak mengulangi perbuatannya kembali baik di rumahnya maupun di tempat lainnya serta mengembalikan HP miliknya<\/p>\n

inisial IPA memenuhi permintaan korban menyerahkan hasil curiannya secara utuh dihadapan pihak berwajib, sehingga perdamaian pun berjalan dalam suasana haru.<\/p>\n

Atas dasar kesepakatan tersebut, pihaknya mendamaikan kedua belah pihak dan kasus ini berakhir dengan Restorative Justice di Polsek Dawan, pungkasnya.<\/p>\n

Saat dilaksanakan kegiatan Restorative Justice kami dari Pihak Polsek Dawan mengundang seluruh pihak dengan dihadiri oleh Kasi Was Polres Klungkung, KBO Sat Reskrim, Personel Sikum Polres Klungkung, Bhabinkamtibmas Desa Gunaksa, Bhabinkamtibmas Desa Dawan Kaler serta aparat desa dari Kadus Br. Bandung Ds Gunaksa dan Kadus Kayehan Ds Dawan Kaler.<\/p>\n
