{"id":2358,"date":"2025-04-16T11:29:12","date_gmt":"2025-04-16T11:29:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.domainrakyat.com\/sumsel\/?p=2358"},"modified":"2025-04-16T11:29:12","modified_gmt":"2025-04-16T11:29:12","slug":"wali-kota-hadiri-penyerahan-sppt-pbb-p2-kepada-camat-dan-lurah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.domainrakyat.com\/sumsel\/2025\/04\/16\/wali-kota-hadiri-penyerahan-sppt-pbb-p2-kepada-camat-dan-lurah\/","title":{"rendered":"Wali Kota Hadiri Penyerahan SPPT PBB-P2 kepada Camat dan Lurah"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>domainrakyat.com-LUBUK LINGGAU-Wali Kota Lubuk Linggau, H Rachmat Hidayat menghadiri kegiatan penyerahan Surat Pemberitahuan Pajak Terhutang (SPPT) PBB-P2 kepada seluruh camat dan lurah se-Kota Lubuk Linggau yang dilaksanakan di Cinema Hall Bukit Sulap Lantai 5 Perkantoran Pemkot Lubuk Linggau, Rabu (16\/4\/2025).<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eKepala Bappenda, H Hendra Gunawan melaporkan bahwa jumlah SPPT yang akan diberikan sebanyak 73835, dengan nilai Rp 10,3 miliar.<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eIa menyebutkan pelaksanaan penyerahan ini lebih cepat dua bulan dari tahun lalu dengan harapan distribusinya juga akan lebih cepat dengan waktu yang lebih lama dalam rangka optimaliasasi pemungutan pajak bumi dan bangunan (PBB).<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200e&#8221;Untuk tahun ini, target hanya Rp 10 miliar, mudah-mudahan bisa terealisasi 90 sampai 100 persen,&#8221; imbuhnya.<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\nUntuk optimalisasi realisasi PBB, Bappenda Kota Lubuk Linggau melaksanakan rapat evaluasi per 3 bulan, Surat Kuasa Khusus (SKK) dengan pihak Kejaksaan, pemutrakhiran data ke lapangan, penyerahan insentif RT, sosialisasi melalui media sosial atau reklame dan langsung ke masyarakat, pelunasan PBB bagi ASN dan MoU sharing data dengan KPP Pratama.<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eSementara Wali Kota Lubuk Linggau, H Rachmat Hidayat dalam sambutannya mengatakan dirinya meminta kepada Bapenda agar dapat terus menggali potensi PAD yang ada karena hal itulah yang menjadi sumber pendapatan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat dan melaksanakan pembangunan.<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200e&#8221;Ya bagi wajib pajak yang tidak patuh, harus ditindak tegas.
