Banyuasin,domainrakyat.com \u2014 Suasana hiburan di pasar malam Desa Mainan, Kecamatan Sembawa, mendadak berubah panik setelah rumah balon tempat bermain anak-anak tiba-tiba Bocor akibat kelebihan kapasitas, Sabtu malam (1\/11). Beruntung, tidak ada korban jiwa dalam insiden tersebut, meski sejumlah anak dilaporkan Tidak mengalami luka Tapi Mengalami trauma akibat terjatuh.<\/p>\n

Menurut keterangan warga, permainan tersebut tampak tidak diawasi dengan baik. Pengelola pasar malam disebut lebih fokus pada penjualan tiket daripada memastikan keselamatan wahana. Padahal, sesuai Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2009 tentang Pemberlakuan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) wajib untuk mainan anak, setiap wahana atau alat permainan wajib memenuhi standar keselamatan dan memiliki pengawasan teknis yang memadai.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Pasal 7 dan 8 menegaskan bahwa pelaku usaha wajib menjamin keamanan produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat, terutama yang melibatkan anak-anak.<\/p>\n

Masyarakat meminta pemerintah Desa Mainan dan pihak penyelenggara pasar malam untuk bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian tersebut. Mereka juga mendesak Dinas Perdagangan dan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Banyuasin agar melakukan evaluasi dan pemeriksaan izin terhadap seluruh wahana permainan keliling yang beroperasi tanpa standar keselamatan yang jelas.<\/p>\n

\u201cKeselamatan anak bukan mainan. Jangan tunggu ada korban baru bertindak,\u201d tegas salah satu warga setempat.<\/p>\n
